With the FreeStyle Libre 2 system, you get real-time glucose readings using the FreeStyle LibreLink app to help manage your diabetes more confidently.
For use with the FreeStyle LibreLink app or FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. The FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor measures interstitial fluid glucose levels and stores 8 hours of glucose levels, with optional alarms. It represents technology that is different to traditional blood glucose monitoring and makes glucose monitoring hassle-free.

FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor Pack Kit:
The Sensor initially comes in two parts: one part is in the Sensor Pack and the other part is in the Sensor Applicator. By following the instructions, users prepare and apply the Sensor on the back of the upper arm. The Sensor has a small, flexible tip that is inserted just under the skin. The Sensor can be worn for up to 14 days.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Flash Glucose Monitoring System Reader (“Reader”) and/or FreeStyle LibreLink app, when used with a FreeStyle Libre 2 Flash Glucose Monitoring System Sensor (“Sensor”), is indicated for measuring interstitial fluid glucose levels in people (aged 4 and older) with diabetes mellitus, including pregnant women. The Reader, and/or FreeStyle LibreLink app, and Sensor are designed to replace blood glucose testing in the self-management of diabetes, including dosing of insulin. The indication for children (aged 4-12) is limited to those who are supervised by a caregiver who is at least 18 years of age. The caregiver is responsible for managing or assisting the child to manage the Reader, and/or FreeStyle LibreLink app, and Sensor and also for interpreting or assisting the child to interpret Sensor glucose readings.

Returns
We offer a free returns service with DPD. To physically return parcels please use the DPD Pickup Parcelshop site https://dpd.ie/Returns#/
