Love Vital Proteins Collagen. I have really noticed the difference from taking the collagen. I had very bad pain in my right lower back and knee, and after taking this collagen it has totally gone after a matter of weeks. I would recommend taking it with some vitamin C to maximise its benefits. Would highly recomnend 10/10
