MAG365 Magnesium Plus Calcium has been designed to help maintain a healthy level of calcium and magnesium within the body.
This supplement will promote healthy bones, teeth as well as maintaining a healthy nerve and muscle function.
Ingredients:
Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), potassium bicarbonate, calcium lactate, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), zinc picolinate, boric acid, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol vegan from algae).

MAG365 BF Plus Calcium has a naturally light citrus flavour (thanks to the naturally occurring flavour of the magnesium), combined with a slight mineral taste from the goodness of the additional vitamins and minerals. Can be consumed hot or cold on its own or with added tea.
Directions:
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2.5g (approx. one rounded teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 5.5g (approx. 2.5 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 BF can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
Directions: Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
Do not use this product before consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give this product to a child under 2 years of age before consulting your paediatric doctor. A food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
