Cholecalciferol 1.3mg, Equivalent Vitamin D3 1000iu; Sunflower Seed Oil 1.49mg
Directions For Use:
Take 1-2 capsules of Vit D daily with water.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

This product is manufactured in a plant that processes ingredients containing the following: milk, corn, soya, oats, wheat, egg, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts, and nut products. Cannot guarantee peanut and nut free.
