Domestic Shipping (Republic of Ireland)
We offer standard shipping across Ireland at a flat rate of €5.99. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.
Northern Ireland
Standard shipping to Northern Ireland is €5.99, with free shipping on orders over €50.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.
International Shipping
We ship to a number of European destinations. Rates and free shipping thresholds vary by zone:

All international orders are shipped via tracked courier. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Click & Collect is available free of charge from our store:

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification by email or SMS. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Orders are typically ready for next working day.
Prescription & Regulated Products
Please note that prescription medicines cannot be purchased online and are not available for home delivery. Prescription services must be arranged in-store or via our consultation service.
Certain regulated or controlled products may be subject to additional verification requirements before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders where legal or regulatory requirements are not met.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00PM on working days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from DPD with your tracking information. Fully integrated delivery system with DPD.
