L-taurine, magnesium citrate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium-d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), passion flower (passiflora incarnata) extract, l-theanine [from green tea (camellia sinensis) extract], bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), lemon balm (melissa officinalis) extract, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). Directions:
