It contains recommended levels of folic acid, which helps contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; Calcium, essential for the maintenance of normal bones; Iron, which contributes to the formation of red blood cells, which copes with the periodic blood losses linked to the menstrual cycle. Centrum Conception presents a specific pre-conception formula: in line with EFSA recommendations, folic acid levels have been increased to 400μg, doubling the intake compared to women in normal physiological conditions. An adequate intake of folic acid is important if you are planning a pregnancy, to have sufficient levels when you become pregnant.
