Bio-Kult Advanced is a scientifically developed, multi-strain formulation containing 14 strains of live bacteria proven to survive the high acidity of the stomach.
Its naturally powerful formulation targets the digestive tract.
Bio-Kult does not need to be refrigerated and is suitable to be taken alongside antibiotics, when travelling, as part of a healthy diet, when pregnant and can be taken by babies, children and vegetarians.

Directions:
Children 3-11: Give 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling.

Can I take Bio-Kult long term?
Yes, the Bio-Kult range can be taken long-term; however, some people may use live bacteria supplements at key times in their life e.g. alongside antibiotics, whilst travelling, stressful periods, or at other times as desired.
Should I take Bio-Kult daily?
The presence of live bacteria from supplements in the gastrointestinal tract are generally transient in nature. Live bacteria from supplements are not thought to permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. In light of this, all Bio-Kult research involves daily supplementation.
