Magnesium malate**, l-ascorbic acid**, niacinamide**, capsule material (hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose), calcium-D-pantothenate**, glazing agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), thiamine mononitrate, French maritime pine bark (Pinus Pinaster Aiton), riboflavin**, pyridoxine HCL**, long pepper extract (Piper longum L), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), cyanocobalamin*, folic acid**, D-biotin.

ABSORBABILITY
B-energy is a vitamin B capsule combined with long pepper extract, which supports the absorption and utilisation of other herbs.
Directions:
