Get Up & Go! is a combination of vitamins, minerals, essential fats, protein & super soluble glucommannan fibre.
Mix with a no carb milk and 100g of strawberries into a tasty shake- a nutritious way to start the day. It provides support nutrients for the Low-GL Diet or The Hybrid/5-day diet (either the high fat or slow carb phase).
It is a low 4 GL. Not only does it contain carboslow (glucomannan) for extra fibre and to give a feeling of fullness, but it it offers immune-boosting benefits.
